Wanted Information that brings to justice… Up to $5 Million Reward On April 14, 1988, a car bomb exploded in front of the USO Club in Naples, Italy. The explosion killed five people, including a U.S. servicewoman, and injured 15, including four U.S. servicemen. Junzo Okudaira, a member of the Japanese Red Army (JRA) terrorist group, was indicted in the United States on April 9, 1993 for the Naples bombing. Okudaira is also a suspect in the June 1987 car bombing and mortar attack against the U.S. Embassy in Rome. The JRA formed in the 1970’s after breaking away from Japanese Communist League–Red Army Faction. At its peak, the organization had as many as 40 members and was considered to be one of the best armed leftist groups in the world. During the 1970s, the JRA carried out a series of attacks around the world, including the 1972 Lod Airport massacre in Israel, two Japanese airliner hijackings, and an attempted takeover of the US Embassy in Kuala Lumpur. The JRA’s historical goal has been to overthrow the Japanese Government and monarchy; however, the group’s leader was arrested in 2000 and the following year the group announced its plans to disband. The organization’s history of close relations with Palestinian terrorist groups led many to believe that the JRA power structure moved to the Middle East. The Rewards for Justice program is offering a reward of up to $5 million for information that brings to justice those responsible for this attack. www.annapoliscreative.com/new-developments-in-1988-terrorist-attack-car-bombing-at-the-naples-uso/rewardsforjustice.net/english/junzo_okudaira.htmlAny thoughts? Going to be a hard fugitive to catch, especially if he moved to the Middle East and has Al Qaeda, ISIS, etc... protecting him but you never know, we've seen a few of these cases solved or terrorists killed in the past few years.

Lebanon is the one place he could go to and move freely without being extradited to the States, I’d even think Jordan or Oman to some degree won’t extradite him to the states.

I highly doubt those aforementioned groups are protecting him (unless he's since converted to Islam) since Muslim fundamentalists are often at odds with radical leftists due to the later's usual stance on religion and the later rarely reaching out to such groups only when a common enemy is involved. Hamas being the rare exception but only for support of the Palestinian cause in general and historical support for the more leftist PLO. It's more likely if Okudaira escaped to the MENA region, he would most likely would live in a country that historically had a revolutionary leftist regime or had a large radical leftist presence during the cold war. Though him escaping to somewhere with a friendly leftist government, residual communist regime or somewhere in the former second even leftist friendly third world shouldn't be out of the question. But reports of his ties likely put him in Lebanon or somewhere in the Levant.

I doubt it too, but was just throwing out the possibility.
These organizations would be obviously more powerful if they combined forces, and thankfully for society's sake they are too stubborn to realize this.
