Oh didn't know about that. With that being said, any murder that isn't self-defense is still murder, regardless of who the victim was.
However, his past could be a possible motive in the case, and we don't know if Deschene's killer or killers knew he had a past criminal activity or if it is just coincidence.

With Gallup having some 21,000 residents which may be a lot, but that’s pretty small IMO, I feel like in a way the motive is Deschene’s criminal past or if he was a possible loose cannon, because in a town like Gallup, you basically have a small number of people you can have against you until you realized you’ve messed with almost everyone in town. Then again it may have been a tragic coincidence. |
