CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas (KXAN) — Corpus Christi police are searching for a 1-year-old girl and her mother after they say the woman’s ex-boyfriend, who is wanted for murder, broke into their home Tuesday night and kidnapped them.
Police have issued an AMBER Alert and say their suspect is 24-year-old Kristian Ariel Garcia. He was seen in his white 2007 Cadillac Escalade with Texas license plates 4SJKC.
Police released a picture and this description of Garcia:
5-foot-7, 160 pounds
Black hair and brown eyes
Scar on his face
Visible tattoos on both forearms
Last seen wearing a white hoodie and a black mask
Police say Garcia broke into the home of 18-year-old Jezabel Zamora and took her and her 1-year-old girl Zaylee Zamora and forced them to leave against their will.
Garcia is also wanted on both murder and aggravated robbery warrants.
Jezabel Zamora has the following description:
4-foot-11, 97 pounds
Black hair and brown eyes
Medusa tattoo on left thigh, rose tattoo on right forearm, tattoo of the name “Zaylee” on left shoulder
Last seen wearing a camo tank top and blue jeans
Zaylee is 26 inches tall and weighs 25 pounds. She has black hair and black eyes. They do not know the clothes she was wearing when she was last seen. Zamora has her right ear pierced, and her right index finger is bruised, according to the AMBER Alert.
They were last seen on Windy Creek Drive in Corpus Christi around 2:10 p.m. Tuesday. Corpus Christi is about 200 miles south of Austin on the coast.
Police say if you see the Garcia, his white Escalade, or either Jezabel or Zaylee Zamora to call 911 or the Corpus Christi Police Department at 361-886-2600. You can also call CrimeStoppers at 888-TIPS or submit a tip online.

Thoughts? This is a breaking news case and as of this posting date (June 9th, 2021), there is still an Active Amber Alert on missingkids.org regarding Zaylee.
I normally put Amber Alerts in the Missing sections even with known abductors since the case usually relates to that one specific alleged abduction, however I'm making this case as a fugitive thread since Garica is also wanted in a murder case in addition to allegedly kidnapping Jezabel and Zaylee.
