Victor Carlos Martinez is wanted for allegedly shooting 27-year old Pascual Garcia-Lopez to death.
Pascual was sitting on the porch of his mobile home when three men approached. After a brief conversation, Pascual was shot and killed. Victor was identified as a suspect and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Thoughts? As of today, May 30, 2021, Victor still has a listed murder warrant, according to the Florida Statewide and Hillsborough County public warrant databases.
I found out about this case while searching for older homicide fugitives that I could potentially validate through PACER. Luckily we don't really need PACER for Florida cases. Hopefully Victor can finally be arrested so that Pascual's family can get justice.
