Juan Antonio Beltran Lopez is wanted for the murder of 50-year old child care specialist, Nancy Marks. Juan had been renting a room at Nancy's residence at the time of the murder. Neighbours recalled hearing a disturbance the night before Nancy's body was found. She had been shot to death.
Juan went on the run and an arrest warrant would later be issued. He initially disappeared with his two sons, who were five and three at the time. It's not clear if the boys were ever located.

Thoughts? As of today, May 2, 2021, Juan is confirmed to still be wanted because he was recently added to the Northern California Most Wanted website. I appreciate that they are bringing new attention to this cold case manhunt.
