According to Newslibrary archives, Jose Antonio Nieves is accused of shooting Darsio Delgado to death. Authorities say that Jose walked through the open door of an apartment and shot Darsio without saying a word. Jose has been on the run ever since.

Thoughts? As of today, April 25, 2021, the 2000 murder case against Jose in the Harris County Court Records database shows Jose as "not in custody". There has also been no movement in the case since 2000. I will include the link to the court case entry as a way to keep track of the warrant status.
In addition, there was no UFAP type of warrant in PACER for Jose.
