Details: The Federal Bureau of Investigation's Phoenix Field Office is seeking the public's assistance in identifying the unknown individual(s) responsible for the murder of Javier Antonio Herrera. On Thursday, March 4, 2021, at approximately 10:00 p.m., the victim was on his bicycle in the middle of a store parking lot, located at 1625 W. Buckeye Road, Phoenix, Arizona, when he was struck by gunfire. The gunfire came from a group of males and females in a field just east of the location. Investigators are seeking any information regarding this incident.
