Thoughts? As of today, March 21, 2021, Gabino Barrera's 1998 voluntary manslaughter case in the Indiana court records database has a "W" warrant flag next to it. It also has had no updates since 1998, verifying that Gabino is still at large. I was going through some old law enforcement websites, checking for cases to potentially validate with PACER. Thankfully there was a Newpapers.com article from 1998 on this case I could get details on.
Hopefully there can be justice and accountability for Carlos's family one day.
