A re-opened investigation into the manhunt for Chicago murderer Raul Tolentino may have resulted in the fugitive's surrender in the Mexican city of Morelia (although it wasn't said as to why he surrendered). Raul had been wanted since 2000 for the murder of his ex-girlfriend. He was briefly featured on the FOX World's Most Wanted special as part of the Chicago Tribune's Fugitives From Justice feature, showcasing how the fugitive investigations into those that fled the United States from Northern Illinois were going nowhere. After his surrender, Raul is now awaiting extradition to Chicago. www.chicagotribune.com/news/watchdog/fugitives/chi-chicago-fugitive-caught-in-mexico,0,3044938.story www.amw.com/fugitives/case.cfm?id=79869
