Texas may have the biggest and most active death row, but I daresay Florida and Ohio are now the closest seconds. Sowell, the Cleveland Strangler had a terminal illness, so it's expected that natural causes did their work here.

Also, I used to get Anthony Sowell mixed up with a plutocracy apologist popular with pov-bashers on YouTube named Thomas Sowell.
