That surveillance video was taken at an Indianapolis hotel and now it's believed Lewis committed ANOTHER robbery there. I'm to the point where I have to put the abbreviations for the states in the wanted location title, and I STILL may eventually run out of room if he isn't caught soon. www.telegram.com/article/20141028/NEWS/310289545/1116&Template=printart

I would like to just say that this has gotten flat out ridiculous. Perhaps the numerous, numerous law enforcement agencies involved in this manhunt should plead to the national media networks to run a story on air about Gregory Lewis.

If only there was a similar type of fugitive show during The Hunt's off-season that could at the very least tack Gregory Lewis on as a breaking news case. A show like America's Most Wanted. Oh...

Gregory Lewis has FINALLY been captured! Unsurprisingly, it ended in dramatic fashion. A state trooper attempted to pull Lewis's vehicle over because it had missing license plates. Lewis fled, and the vehicle crashed into a river. Patrons from a nearby restaurant ran out to help when Lewis emerged from the water actually brandished a gun at one of those witnesses. Thankfully the canine unit was able to take him down without anyone being hurt. www.bostonglobe.com/metro/2014/10/29/suspect-national-crime-spree-captured/HAP17LrCZDPgxuIBR99Q7J/story.html

A few more notes: -Lewis apparently bragged to state troopers when they caught him saying "don't you know who I am? -His ultimate goal is said was to go back to Massachusetts and kill his 13-year old accuser. The latter note is rather scary and thank God that state trooper noticed the missing license plate. Also, this isn't meant as a disrespect to The Hunt, as I love the show, but I think this proves the need for AMW or a weekly fugitive show as well in addition to The Hunt when that show is in off-season. It seems Lewis was caught by sheer luck and a keen eye and they didn't know who he was when they stopped him. It's rather scary what could have happened had they not. If AMW had been on these past few weeks, they could have shown Lewis's picture as a breaking news case to millions of viewers who could have recognized him and perhaps a few less women wouldn't have been robbed and/or raped as well. (In other words, The Hunt is great as a series documentary show, but a breaking news fugitive show is needed as well). In any case, thank God it's over. www.bostonherald.com/news_opinion/local_coverage/2014/10/police_killing_rape_victim_was_southbridge_man_s_ultimate_goal
