Thoughts? As of today, January 24, 2021, the murder case against Valentin in the Harris County Court Records database is currently in "warrant/citation issued" status. It also lists him as "not in custody". A small observation that the first name on the case file is listed as "Valentine" which I'm assuming may be a typo or an alias of some sort.
