Orlando Diaz is wanted for allegedly shooting 26-year old Raul Ramirez to death. Another man was shot and wounded in the same incident. The motive is believed to have been a gang dispute.
According to a 2009 FBI press release, Orlando may be hiding out with relatives in the Houston, Texas area. He is also a member of the Latin Kings gang.

Thoughts? As of today, January 10, 2021, Orlando Diaz still has an active UFAP warrant that was issued by the FBI in PACER on January 13, 2009. This officially validates that Orlando is at large on a federal level.
If Orlando is hiding out in Texas rather than Latin America, hopefully he won't be on the run for much longer.
