!!! Not this one!
I did read that part of the problem was a failure in sentencing limits. Their court system wasn't designed to protect the country from serial killers. Were the people who abolished life sentences just so delusional as to think it could never happen to them? It shouldn't have to take rolling the dice on another killing spree to pressure their lawmakers into taking their worst crimes more seriously than this.

www.cinemablend.com/television/2458497/criminal-minds-will-feature-its-wildest-killer-yet-in-season-14For I don't know as to if anybody/anyone else was a fan of "CRIMINAL MINDS" back when it was still on the air but here's an article that I think is so 'related' into relation with the whole concept of '300 Murder Victims'. I thought that after reading about Garavito I thought that I'd remembered his name mentioned somewhere and that's when I remembered the article on/about "CRIMINAL MINDS" celebrating it's 300th Episode. Well I was wrong about Garavito being the demented demon dirt bag but I was not wrong with the concept of a possibility that it is possible for a serial killer to actually hold 300 kills under his 'belt'. The guy mentioned in the article that I'm share (up above) is a serial killer known as THE MONSTER OF THE ANDES. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pedro_L%C3%B3pez_(serial_killer)

This is a real case although I don't know accurate the story is that he'll soon be released. I assume it is true even though I've never seen that website before. Always good to Google and double check to verify sources which was thankfully done here.
