Carmelo Carrillo-Mendoza is wanted for allegedly shooting 22-year old Jesus Escareno to death. Authorities say that Carmelo rammed his vehicle into a pickup truck where Jesus and two other people were inside. Carmelo then allegedly shot Jesus at close range. The suspected motive was a longstanding dispute between Carmelo and Jesus.
