Welp it’s another year gone and another year here, so now we’re going to speculate the next Top Ten Capture in 2021.
After having 2 veteran top ten fugitives captured, a fugitive added, and a vacant slot in 2020, ive decided the timing is perfect to start the poll of which of the current 9 on the Top Ten List could be the next capture.
Robert Fisher, Jason Brown, and Alexis Flores have been on the list for a really long time now especially with Yaser’ capture, the possibility that these 3 could still be caught is still likely even after 20 and 15 years on the run respectively. Of the fugitives added in 2017, only Patel and Castillo remain and both will turn 4 years on the Top Ten List if not captured this year. After the U.S. releasing Mexico’s former defense minister, the Mexican government is keen to repay the U.S. Government with the capture of a most wanted drug kingpin. While it’s alleged to be Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, the FBI and DEA, are obviously going for Top Ten Fugitive Rafael Caro-Quintero, someone who the U.S. wants at all costs after the murder of Kiki Camarena. Arnoldo Jimenez and Eugene Palmer, the additions from May 2019 have also proven to be elusive in 2020, and perhaps in 2021 one of them if not both could be taken into custody. Finally 2020’s only addition, Jose Villarreal-Hernandez, is a very dangerous individual, could take awhile to locate, however he’s only a regional boss so his time shouldn’t be long on the list.
I do sense that if the FBI left Yaser’s Slot open it’s because they’re currently onto someone still at large thus it means the FBI may want to wait till someone else falls to replace Yaser. It could also be that right now the government is in transition and we’ll likely see Yaser’s replacement in the spring (unless Clarence Hebron is added first thing in 2021.
