From kyfo.com:
A murder warrant has been issued for a man after the Lubbock County Sheriff's Office found a dead body inside of a storage unit.
The Lubbock Metro Special Crimes Unit is searching for 29-year-old Joshua Angel Rosales (pictured above).
The Lubbock County Sheriff's Office says they received a call of shots fired early on Sunday, November 1st. It was in the 12000 block of US Highway 87.
KAMC News reports that deputies found 39-year-old Paul Anthony Luna dead inside one of the storage units. This was just after 3 a.m.
It still hasn't been revealed exactly how Luna died. In fact, no details surrounding his death have been released other than the warrant for Rosales. His relation to Rosales, if any, also currently remains a mystery. It's assumed that later on in the investigation, more details will be provided concerning this murder.
Rosales had been arrested previously back in 2016 for possession of marijuana. However, that case was dismissed for lack of evidence.
Anyone that may have information on the location of Rosales is asked to call the Lubbock County Sheriff's Office Warrant Division at 806-775-1422. You can also call Crime Line at 806-741-1000. Callers can choose to remain anonymous.
The Lubbock County Sheriff's Office says that the Lubbock Metro Special Crimes Unit is still investigating the incident. We'll bring you updates as more information is made available.

Thoughts? As far as I can tell, Rosales is still at large as of today's posting date (November 13th, 2020), since the above article is from only a few weeks ago with no updates since. However, if anyone ever has any definitive updates/proof-of-updates, they are always more than welcome to let us know.
