Thoughts? As of today, Miguel Sanchez still has a listed warrant in the Florida Statewide Warrants database. He was on an archived law enforcement website from 1999 to 2002. The Polk County Courts database shows no actual case-related movement since 1999. The case is declared "closed", however I feel the deposition of "dropped/abandoned" is because Miguel Sanchez was never located. Miguel still has an official warrant however according to the FDLE database.
And I found this case while going through old cases to try to verify through PACER. Thankfully, PACER isn't really need to verify Florida fugitives because of the statewide warrants database.
