The Williamsburg County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Marquise Devonte Franklin. Franklin, whose last known address was Greeleyville, is wanted in connection with the shooting death of two people on October 3, at the LaNue Floyd Village in Kingstree. Please do not try to make contact with Franklin as he is considered to be armed and dangerous.
Anyone with information as to his whereabouts is urged to call either 911 or the Sheriff’s Office at (843) 355-6381 Ext. 4536. Callers may remain anonymous. You can also call the US Marshals Office at (843) 687-7155. You can also send a direct message to the Sheriff’s Office through its Facebook Messenger.

Thoughts? Based on the above article's posting date, Franklin was still at large at least as of October 21st, 2020. The names of the victims were not identified in any articles that I can find online at the moment.
