From fox19.com:
GREENDALE, Ind. (FOX19) - Authorities are looking for two suspects wanted in the shooting death of a 19-year-old Cincinnati man at a hotel in Greendale, Indiana, Prosecutor Lynn Deddens said.
Police are looking for 19-year-old Demontre Conley and 21-year-old Talisha Tompkins, both from Cincinnati.
Deddens said Dearborn County dispatch received a call of gunshots fired at Riverside Inn around 8:45 p.m. Saturday. When police responded no one reported hearing any gunshots.
Around 10:15 p.m., Greendale police received a call from a Cincinnati police officer who said a citizen wanted to report that a person had been shot at the Riverside Inn in a room registered under the name of Talisha.
According to Deddens, an officer went back to the hotel and learned that Tompkins had rented a room. He found the door ajar and saw 19-year-old David Bush-Reynolds on the floor against the wall with a gunshot wound to the head.
A witness to the shooting said he, along with Conley, Tompkins and Bush-Reynolds were all at the Riverside Inn “partying," according to a news release from the prosecutor’s office.
Deddens said the witness had a video of them smoking marijuana and handing guns prior to the gunshot that killed Bush-Reynolds. After the shot went off hitting Bush-Reynolds, they fled.
Conley told the witness the shooting was an accident and he did now know the gun was loaded, according to Deddens.
Jaycee Cox says she and Bush-Reynolds had been dating since November.
“I wish I could have saved my baby,” Cox told FOX19 NOW Tuesday evening. “I know if I was there I would have died with him.”
Cox says she spoke with him before he went to the party.
“His friend called him and said they’re having a party, did he want to come.”
She adds she didn’t know that would be the last time she would speak with him.
Cox confirms Deddens statement that Conley, Tompkins and Bush-Reynolds were all smoking marijuana and playing with guns right before the shot went off. She says her friend gave her a similar account.
“He said DAvid was sistting next to him, he heard the gun shot and he just got up and started freaking out and didn’t say much after that,” Cox said. “I was just balling, like, tell me the truth, and he told me, ‘I’m not gonna lie, I think Montre accidentally shot him.’"
Cox says what hurts most is the suspects fled. Now she’s questioning whether it was an accident.
“I feel like it was a set-up. It was a set-up because, why would they get a hotel in Indiana?” She said. “Why would they go away so far, and it’s just them?”
Conley has been charged with reckless homicide and obstruction of justice.
Tompkins is charged with assisting a criminal and obstruction of justice.

Also articles don't give a specific number to call for tips, but despite this being technically a state of Indiana case, Crime Stoppers of Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky has made a posting stating you can contact them if you have information on Conley and/or Tompkins' whereabouts: crime-stoppers.us/category/home/
Finally, even if this was an accident, the inability of being able to take responsibility for alleged recklessness is completely inexcusable. Don't party and play with guns!
