According to Newslibrary archives, Andres Hernandez is charged in connection with the death of 49-year old Christopher Coca. Christopher was in a wheelchair when Andres allegedly struck and killed Christopher with his vehicle.
The California Highway Patrol found the damaged vehicle a day later. Andres has been wanted ever since.

Thoughts? As of today, September 20, 2020, Andres Hernandez is listed on the Kern County Sheriff's Most Wanted list. There is also a case entry from January 13, 2005 in the Kern County Court Records database that lists "N/A" for the arrest date. Therefore we know for sure that Andres is still at large.
I should mention I traded my Newslibrary subscription for a PACER account, so I haven't accessed the full 2004 article for additional information. If I do and find anything else, I'll post it in this thread.
