TULARE COUNTY, CA (KMJ) – The Tulare County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in finding 36-year-old Carlos Belman of Orosi.
The Sheriff’s Office said Belman is wanted on numerous child molestation charges.
He was arrested by the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office Special Victims Unit on February 26th of this year for lewd acts upon a child, but was released by the Tulare County Superior Court on his own recognizance.
Shortly after his arrest, TCSO Detectives found a second victim that Belman had molested.
Belman has since failed to appear for his court date and a $100,000 dollar warrant has been issued for his arrest.

As of this posting date (September 7th, 2020), a search of Tulare County's online criminal court records still shows no movement since a warrant for Belman was issued back on June 10th, 2020. Also for reference purposes they list his full name as Carlos Cano Belman: efiling.tulare.courts.ca.gov/?q=node/364/1626329/FV-Documents-Portal
