(Above photo credit: wjhl.com via U.S. Marshals) From wjhl.com: RUSSELL COUNTY, Va. (WJHL) — The Russell County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office posted on social media that a suspect wanted for murder out of Ohio was spotted early on Sunday in the county. According to the post, James C. Miller is wanted for murder by the U.S. Marshals. He is to be considered armed and dangerous. The following was posted by the Attorney’s Office on Facebook: “If you know the whereabouts of this man, you are urged to call law enforcement immediately. You may call the Russell County Sheriff’s Office at 276-889-8033. If you want to remain anonymous, call or text the tip line at 276-415-0103, you may leave a message.”www.wjhl.com/news/local/attorneys-office-man-wanted-for-murder-out-of-ohio-spotted-in-russell-county-va/Thoughts? Based on the above article's posting date, Miller was still at large at least as of September 6th, 2020. According to an earlier article, Miller is accused in the murder of Terry Young. He allegedly deliberately stabbed him after an argument about money he felt he was owed, and then hit him with his car. So this is a very dangerous alleged fugitive based on what reports say happened. I should note Miller is technically wanted out of Tolleson and last spotted in Russell County, Virginia. Because he has a U.S. Marshals wanted poster, I would recommend contacting them if you spot him anywhere else. (There is an anonymous tips called USMS Tips).
