Daniel Young Kwon of Atlanta, Georgia, has been missing since September 4, 2019. He is a paraplegic who relies on a motorized wheelchair to get around. Kwon's Honda minivan and his wheelchair were both located a few days after he went missing parked at an apartment complex located in Lawrenceville, Georgia.
