Hey everyone, usually one of our site's personal dirty dozen fugitives get captured, we usually replace them with a new fugitive. However, this is different since the most recent fugitive capture was a Public Enemy #1 (Yaser Said!!!!). We will still replace his slot with a new fugitive, however that new fugitive since they're new is ineligible to be Public Enemy #1 (I would prefer we give him or her some time to be on the list first before being eligible). The above are the fugitives who were already on the list that are now the new candidates to replace Yaser Said. Feel free to vote for anyone (I hope that wasn't too confusing lol).
I will announce the new PE #1 later tonight.

Also since I am site admin, although I voted in the past, because of me suggesting an overall replacement on the regular dirty dozen list, I am sitting this one out unless I need to break a tie (I feel like Vice President in the Senate lol).

I gonna to vote for Ensel Jean for Public Enemy #1, for murdering his wife and his two children for a vicious violent murders of them by making them crypt-like structure in the garage of their house. John Walsh shouldn't made him the Worse Fugitive of 2000 because of his sick crime, Ensel Shouldn't been name on FBI's Top Ten List.

Voted for Esnel Jean as well, that guy really deserves to be our public enemy #1, the crime is as heinous as it gets and if we do make him the new public enemy #1 it’ll put a spotlight on a lesser known case especially with first time visitors to the forum.

Ok I voted for Esnel Jean to this guy has been wanted out of my home state since the 90s in Florida assuming this guy is still alive we need to catch him finally probably still in Haiti

No problem, the list is like a combo of shows and forum-exclusive fugitives voted on by members, so some guys like Fisher who would be on my personal list will not make the forum list because it's just the way the nominations or voting worked out among the members. |

The forum members have spoken. Jory Worthen has been added to the overall site Dirty Dozen while Esnel Jean has been named new public Enemy #1.
I will be honest though, while I'm glad the reason Said got replaced was because he got captured and not because I had "given up", because of Jean's cold case status, I do think this is a case we should revisit in a few years. I still don't want to remove him from the site dirty dozen, but I do think a re-vote for Public Enemy #1 should happen if he still isn't caught in a few years so someone with a better chance of capture is site PE #1. Otherwise, an excellent choice for the time being! And thanks for voting!
