Arturo Elizalde is the last suspect wanted in connection with the gang related murder of 20-year old Rigo Verto Verbuzco.
Rigo was with his fellow gang members outside a Burger King restaurant when rival gang members Juan Bayona and Arturo Elizalde drove up in a car. Words were exchanged between the rival gang members. As a result, Juan shot and killed Rigo Verbuzco.
Both Juan and Arturo fled after Rigo's murder. Juan was finally apprehended in 2008 in the Mexican state of Durango. After being extradited, he took a plea deal and received a sentence of 20 years.
Arturo Elizalde, on the other hand has never been located and brought to trial for his alleged role in Rigo's murder.
Based on crime location, it is advised to contact the Hall County Sheriff's Department at 770-531-6900 if you have any information on Arturo Elizalde's whereabouts.

Thoughts? As of today, August 23, 2020, Arturo's 1997 Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution case shows no movement in PACER records, except for a small 2011 entry where the attorney was switched. This basically validates that Arturo is still wanted on a federal level to this day.
Arturo's case was found through Newspapers.com records back when the Atlanta Journal Constitution did a weekly feature on fugitives wanted by the FBI that may have ties to the metro Atlanta area. The newspaper did this from 1992-1998 and again from 2007-2008.
Hopefully Arturo Elizalde can be located one day as well, for the sake of Rigo Verbuzco's family.
