LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - Officials with the Lubbock Police Department and the U.S. Marshals are searching for a Lubbock man who is wanted for charges of human trafficking.
Izaya Lozano, 22, is 5′9″ and weighs about 220lbs.
The Lubbock Police Department and the U.S. Marshals Service encourage anyone with information on this fugitive to please contact the Lubbock Crime Line at 806-741-1000 or visit bit.ly/3k3cUM5 to submit an online tip.
Anyone with information leading to their arrest will be eligible for a Crime Line reward.

Thoughts? The above article is from August 3rd with no updates since so that is relatively recent enough for me to assume Lozano is still at large as of today's posting date (August 7th, 2020).
Additional articles mention the case revolves around a 17-year old girl Lozano allegedly prostituted, and allegedly ran a prostitution enterprise that involved as least two escorts.
The 17-year-old is said to have claimed Lozano didn't initially force her to work for him, but when she asked to turn back, he refused.
Lozano also allegedly had a YouTube account where he rapped about pimping under the name "Taliban Zaya".
According to thecanadian.news, Lubbock Police Department agents captured Lozano on June 2nd, 2020. The article then says "however, the story would take an unexpected turn." The article then says continued on the next page but unfortunately there is no link for me to get to the next page, although we can assume something happened that allowed Lozano to unfortunately become a fugitive once again.
