Roman Bocanegra Huerta is accused of killing Lazaro Rodriguez.
Roman and Lazaro had bumped into each other at the North Austin Event Center. As a result, the two got into an argument. The situation was presumably made worse because Lazaro had punched Roman in the face a month earlier. Lazaro then kicked Roman in the back of the knee while arguing at the event center.
Roman is then accused of allegedly getting into the car and driving straight into the path of Lazaro and another person. Both victims were struck by the car and Lazaro died of his injuries.
Roman Bocanegra Huerta has been wanted ever since. Some sources may mention his first name as "Ramon" but the name "Roman" was in an affidavit by the Austin Statesman newspaper.
Based on crime location, it is advised to contact either Austin Crimestoppers at 512-472-TIPS (8477) or the APD Homicide Unit Tip Line at 512-974-TIPS (8477) if you have any information on Roman Bocanegra Huerta's whereabouts.

Thoughts? As of today, July 26, 2020, Roman Huerta is still listed as a wanted suspect on the new Austin Police Homicide Unit Wanted page.
And as we have had to say in the past here as far as similar cases go, Roman could have simply tried to get away from Lazaro and de-escalate the situation, or call the police and have them break up the situation. Roman allegedly driving his car into Lazaro and the other victim should not be considered self-defense based on the information we have.
