DEERFIELD TOWNSHIP, Ohio —
A nationwide search is underway for a woman accused of killing her husband in Deerfield Township, Ohio.
Authorities are searching for 28-year-old Stormy Daniele Nicole Delehanty.
Delehanty’s last know location was in the state of Utah on Thursday, officials with the Warren County Sheriff’s Office said. Before that, she was tracked in Kansas.
She’s accused of killing her husband at their Warren County apartment in the 9800 block of Dartmouth Way, officials with the sheriff’s office said.
Authorities said the victim was stabbed to death inside the apartment at Mallard Crossing and that his body was found by a relative Monday evening. It remains unclear when the stabbing occurred.
The victim’s name has not been released. Investigators said they are waiting to release that name “until proper notification can be made.”
A murder warrant has been issued for Delehanty.
“I certainly want it to be known to law enforcement across the county who may come in contact with her, we do not know her state of mind at this point,” said Chief Deputy Barry Riley. “She should be considered armed and dangerous. While she has no history of violence on her record, we feel very confident she is the perpetrator in this incident."
Delehanty was last seen driving a white 2010 Mazda 6 with Kentucky plates 899YJS.
Authorities described Delehanty as white, around 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weighing 125 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Delehanty is asked to contact the Warren County Sheriff’s Office at 513-695-1280 or the Warren County Communications Center at 513-695-2525.
