HOUSTON – Authorities are asking for the public's help in locating a father and son who are wanted and charged in the fatal shooting of a man in southwest Houston back in July.
Police say on the night of July 28, witnesses reported hearing a single gun shot in the northwest part of the Shadowtree Apartments complex at 9475 West Sam Houston Parkway. The victim, 19-year-old David Sanchez, was found in the parking lot with a gunshot wound. HFD paramedics responded and pronounced him dead at the scene.
Further investigation revealed information that identified Bonfilio Alejandro Bardales-Calva, also known as Alejandro Bardales, as the shooter in this case and his son Guillermo Alejandro Bardales-Calva, also known as Ramon Javier Hernandez-Torres, as being present at the time of the shooting.
Both are believed to be fleeing with Guilllermo's wife, Aida Ramirez, and their two children, Sonia and Angel Bardales. They are believed to be traveling in a white 1998 Toyota 4-Runner with Texas license plates MWT-440.
Bonfilio, 63, is charged with murder. Guillermo, 37, is charged with providing a false statement to obtain credit in the same court.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of the two wanted suspects is urged to call HPD Homicide Division at 713-308-3600 or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.

Thoughts? As of this posting date (7/9/2020), Bonfilio Bardales-Calva is still listed as having a warrant/still not in custody according to a search of Harris County's online criminal court records: www.hcdistrictclerk.com/edocs/public/CaseDetails.aspx?Get=0pYwhePpuQOvN96VKBGSJoZktrkl1iW1ojXmwy5soXlBMr6ul47aC/1YEdmremlOeqiyBp4NeXB2ZKYHVWnTNp4ryDLy4FibRCyBL3Y2c8gD22RAwYRy0ruCFTE7cV893rW1SkvjANKknPC81Q8SeJeXH5FXB30eRMU+wwmVlIZDMBbzwqY/6w==
Also this is why I am profiling Bonfilio only since I cannot find Guillermo in the court records. I think.it's safe to reasonably assume he may still be at large with his wife and children since Bonfilio is still listed as not in custody, but there's nothing official to verify that.
Regardless, hopefully by posting this case we shed some light on unanswered questions.
