From mailtribune.com:
Oregon State Police is looking for a suspect with ties to Medford believed to be behind a homicide near Grants Pass.
Bret Alan Hagenno, 55, is wanted on a murder warrant in a June 24 shooting outside Grants Pass that killed 55-year-old Theodore Homer Robison, according to an OSP press release issued Thursday.
The shooting was reported at 3:45 p.m. in the area of Pinecrest Drive and Tiffany Way, according to OSP. Police found Robison “shot several times,” according to the release, and pronounced him dead at the scene.
OSP’s major crimes unit identified Hagenno as a suspect after soliciting surveillance footage from neighbors last week, according to earlier news reports.
Josephine County Circuit Court records show Hagenno has other pending felony charges accusing him of delivering and possessing heroin in April 2019, and felon in possession of a firearm that stems from a traffic stop outside Grants Pass earlier this year.
At about 9:46 p.m. Jan. 24, Josephine County sheriff’s deputies say they found Hagenno in possession of a stolen firearm and heroin near the Dollar General store on Merlin Road in Grants Pass.
Court records show a Medford address for Hagenno in the 100 block of Kenwood Avenue in both cases, but it’s not known whether the address is current.
In January of this year, Josephine County sheriff’s deputies said they found a stolen firearm and heroin during a traffic stop outside Merlin.
According to the Josephine County District Attorney’s office, Hagenno has a 2000 conviction out of Los Angeles for voluntary manslaughter, which the DA’s office described as a felony crime that involved a firearm.
Hagenno is described at 6 feet tall, 250 pounds and balding. He is known to frequent Jackson and Josephine counties, may or may not have a beard, and should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone who spots Hagenno is asked to call 911, and anyone with knowledge about Hagenno’s whereabouts is asked to call OSP Southern Command Center at 541-664-4600 and reference case No. SP-20-173329.

Thoughts? Based on the above article's posting date, Hagenno was still at large at least as of July 2nd, 2020.
An alleged motive as to why Hagenno allegedly shot Theodore Robinson is not discussed in this case, but based on his past history I'd say it is imperative he be caught soon.
