Patrick Neal NERREN is affiliated with the Aryan Brotherhood of Texas (ABT) gang and has ties to Polk and San Jacinto counties, including the cities of Livingston and Point Blank.In 2011, NERREN was convicted in Polk County of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Assault Family/Household Member by Impeding Breath/Circulation. He was subsequently sentenced to 15 years in TDCJ prison.NERREN was last released on parole from TDCJ in June 2019 and subsequently violated his parole approximately four months later.On October 14, 2019, the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles issued a Parole Violation warrant for NERREN’s arrest.On November 19, 2019, authorities in San Jacinto County issued warrants for NERREN’s arrest for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Tamper/Fabricate Evidence, DWI 3rd or More, and Prohibited Substance in Correctional Facility.On March 25, 2020, authorities in Polk County issued warrants for NERREN’s arrest for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by Felon, Evading Arrest/Detention with Vehicle, and Possession of Marijuana.
