I voted for Victor Barnard since he's getting tips before he's even been aired! But also because those tips are in the states. Guys like Ponce and Balesteros they're hopefully closing in on but may be in a different country. I've seen plenty of AMW cases where they know someone's exact location in Mexico and it still takes two years to officially arrest them unfortunately. I hope that's not the case with Ponce and Balesteros or anyone else potentially in Mexico or elsewhere in Latin America, but Barnard's the most likely to be captured and sent back immediately imo so I voted for him. Thanks for the reply! I feel as if Kevin Stoeser also has a good chance of being captured due to his possible sightings around Texas. Besides that, I feel as if this guy won't be too difficult to sight because of his bright and exuberant facial expression. I am hoping that he gets captured soon as well! Also, thanks for the compliment on the profile pic.
