Thoughts? As of today, June 8, 2020, Reyes Negron still has an active murder warrant in the Mecklenburg County Public Warrants database.
The only clue that Newspapers.com had information about was that Reyes Negron has a tattoo on his chest. However it didn't say what exactly the tattoo depicted.
