In more pathetic display he has pleaded not guilty even though hes technically innocent until proven guilty it's just self preservation most of his codefendants have pleaded guilty and pratt knows he is screwed but most monsters like this always play the self preservation him pleading guilty is according to doj website

It’s a formality either because they want to get away with it, they know they’ll be found guilty but want to work on a plea etc… he’s a total scum bag but there’s not one defendant on the planet guilty or not who’s initial thought is “yeah I’m going to plead guilty right away!” He sucks but it’s expected.

According to the article he faces a max sentence of life in federal prison and decades on the other charges according to the doj website

Agreed I understand he like you said scumhunter he's a pathetic lowlife but he's still deserves due process Yes that definitely but it’s not always just about due process. Sometimes a defendant is facing the death penalty and they know they’ll be found guilty but they plead not guilty as a bargaining chip to get life instead.

I think he's a scum bag like everyone else but he still has the right of due process. Plus as it was pointed out, if you plead guilty, the judge can sentence you right away and given the charges he's facing and the prison time he could get, that's not a smart idea if he wants to ever see freedom again (hopefully he won't.)
