I definitely think Pratt has top ten potential because it's a unique case and also an international case which could use the list's resources.
I always stress the top ten list isn't always the worst of the worst but a publicity tool for who they think they can catch off the worst of the worst. Pratt sort of fills both being amongst the allegedly worst of the worst along with a case that would generate worldwide publicity. If I were on the media panel that selects cases, he might be my #1 selection (even if I had other cases I wanted the fugitive caught even more as far as deciding who would be most appropriate for the list) tbh.

This is clearly a bad case, but even worse, I found this article that the criminal organization Pratt is alleged to have created has ties to Mexican Cartels and Russian Arms Traffickers. www.nbcsandiego.com/news/local/san-diego-porn-website-linked-to-russian-arms-smugglers-and-mexican-cartel/134638/

I saw that chile was one of the countries he has ties to so he could be hiding out in Metro Santiago as the city is plagued by crime such as drug trafficking and arms dealing meaning he could be being shielded by associates of the russian mob and or could be hid by guerrillas in the country side I m just speculating

Ive been thinking about this very heavily for the last 2 days, but if Michael Pratt does in fact get added to the FBI Top Ten List, I don’t think they’ll offer a minimum $100,000 but instead offer a $250,000 given the seriousness of the charges and how layered the case is, and the fact that it’ll flush him out quickly overseas.
Like I said the Attorney General would likely approve that reward given how extensive the case is based on the charges against Pratt, the business practices of that nasty enterprise and how many people were involved in the whole case victims and defendants wise.

I hope he’s high up on the candidates list for inclusion onto the Ten Most Wanted List. This case could really benefit from publicity because he could be anywhere in the world.

Just saw tonight's episode profiling Pratt on Discovery Plus. Just a few clues they gave not already listed on the FBI wanted poster: Mexico as one of the many countries he has ties to (although I think Mexico is always a default possibility anyway it was officially mentioned), and also that Pratt drinks Hennessy and Red Bull and is a heavy marijuana user.

He’s now on the FBI’s front page. Nothing says shortlist for the Ten Most Wanted List like that.

If you ask me, he should have been added already, but still glad to see they've raised the stakes.

If you ask me, he should have been added already, but still glad to see they've raised the stakes. I agree. When they said he is suspected of continuing to victimize people, that to me indicated they clearly view him as a continuing threat to society, and that he meets the first prong for the criteria onto the list.

Michael could literally be anywhere. That’s why he’s on the list. I’m not sure why he replaced brown, he was the one who got the most tips.

I've been clamoring for Pratt to make the list for pretty much the entire time he was on the FBI site and complaining every time they added "movie villain" (still awful and in no way excusing their evil but my term for criminal enterprise type hard to catch criminals) fugitives that were more likely to be caught via intelligence and foreign country cooperation dealings than public tips instead of him.
I'm obviously THRILLED he was added, but felt I would have given Brown another year or two before removing him.
The problem though is the FBI got a lot of tips on Brown because he had such a common look- not because they were great tips. It was quantity, but unfortunately not enough quality.
