Al Ferguson is currently listed on the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office website as one of their most wanted fugitives for failure to register. According to the sex offender registry, Ferguson's original conviction was lewd and lascivious acts w/ a child under 16 years of age. They also mention multiple aliases with variations of Alfred and Freddie as middle names, Miller as a last name and an apparent nickname of "Bad Freddie Ferguson." It also appears he was found guilty of failing to register in 2015 as well.
