According to Newspapers.com and an archived Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Webpage, Armando Luna is accused of shooting Julio Alvarez Garza to death. Julio and his friend were approached by Armando at an apartment complex when Julio was shot. Julio's friend chased after Armando and Armando allegedly fired shots at Julio's friend. Luckily, Julio's friend was not hit by the bullets.
No motive details were published, however Armando and Julio were past co-workers.

Thoughts? As of today, May 24, 2020, Armando still has a listed murder warrant in the public Mecklenburg County Warrant Database. I'll post the link to the database below as a way to keep track of the warrant's status.
Another clue is that Armando have may shaved his mustache as well.
