Ramon Guadarrama-Arroyo is accused of stabbing 13-year old Luis Jaimes-Lopez to death.
According to a 2013 news article, Luis was just appointed the captain of his middle school's basketball team on the day of his murder. Luis took the late bus home and as a result, got into an escalated dispute with another teenager. Luis tried to leave but was confronted and alleged stabbed to death by Ramon.
Ramon may have fled to Mexico following Luis's murder. However in 2013, he may have returned to the Austin area where he has relatives. Those relatives reportedly have not been cooperative with authorities.
Based on crime location, it is advised to contact either Austin Crimestoppers at 512-472-TIPS (8477) or the APD Homicide Unit Tip Line at 512-974-TIPS (8477) if you have any information on Ramon Guadarrama Arroyo's whereabouts.

Thoughts? As of today, May 18, 2020, Ramon is still at large as he is listed on the Austin Police Homicide Unit's Most Wanted page.
A small note, but some sources also refer to his first name as Roman instead of Ramon.
Hopefully this accused child killer will be arrested sooner than later. We don't know Ramon's exact DOB, but based on the articles I read, he may have been around 17 at the time of the murder. If that's true then I feel that makes him even more dangerous than he already is.
There have been no new articles on this case since 2013. However, I do hope that this manhunt is still being actively investigated by authorities in Austin.
