Lopez is listed on the Northern California Most Wanted website as one of the region's most wanted fugitives at least as of today's posting date (4/30/2020). Although I could not find additional information about his alleged crimes from outside sources, on the NCMW website he is listed as wanted by the East Palo Alto Police Department and the US Marshals Service for multiple sex offenses.
Whatever those alleged offenses are must be serious since there is currently a 11.5 million dollar reward for Lopez's apprehension.
Also I put 2020 with a question mark since I don't know when the warrant for Lopez was issued, but I am guessing 2020 since that is the incident year number in his NCMW profile.
