Police suspect Miguel Villar repeatedly stabbed 30-year-old Emmanuel Santana in the neck and chest during a fight on W. 189th St. and St. Nicholas Ave. at about 12:45 p.m. Tuesday. The two men knew each other, and both have a history of drug arrests, cop sources said. Medics rushed Santana, who lived in Passaic, N.J., to Harlem Hospital, but he couldn’t be saved. Police sources said the entire attack was caught on surveillance video.
