Suspect and victim were seated in a vehicle when the suspect made unwanted sexual advances toward the victim. The suspect assaulted and raped the victim, then threw her out of the vehicle and drove off in an unknown direction.
Thoughts? As of this posting date (April 23rd, 2020), West is still listed as one of the Baltimore Police Department's Most Wanted fugitives. Additionally, as of the aforementioned posting date, a search of Maryland's online criminal court records still shows the charges against West as having "warrant" for the disposition: casesearch.courts.state.md.us/casesearch/inquiryDetail.jis?caseId=6B02372845&loc=1&detailLoc=DSCR
Finally, it is only for legal reasons that we mention this, but the above are the alleged charges against West, and all suspects on this site are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
