Monica De La Cruz is accused of killing her two month old daughter, Genesis Garcia. Responding officers were called to a report of an unresponsive child. The infant was pronounced dead at the scene. The subsequent investigation determined that Genesis had been shaken and that had caused her death.
Monica confessed to shaking her child. She was arrested on charges of Injury To A Child but fled while on bail.

Thoughts? As of today, April 13, 2020, Monica De La Cruz is still at large because she was posted on a new most wanted page by the Austin Police Homicide Unit.
The main issue with this manhunt is that if Monica is hiding out in Latin America somewhere, will she be extradited since she's only wanted for "Injury To A Child". That has been an issue in other fugitive manhunts before on charges such as "Manslaughter".
