In the winter of 2003, AMW released a playing card set of 54 fugitives that had been aired at least three times on the show (counting two fugitives in places of the jokers). Sadly the set release didn't lead to any direct captures but it did feature numerous fugitives that were last aired before the old website went up in November 1998, many of these fugitives at still at large to this day.

That's a listing for all of the profiled fugitives. However, I wanted to work on providing a much more detailed listing of these fugitives. This is obviously a work-in progress and members are welcome to do profile summaries of some of the fugitives if they want.
Aces (All were FBI Top Tenners)
Spade: James “Whitey” Bulger (Massachusetts): The infamous leader of Boston’s Winter Hill gang. An informant for the FBI, his organization went largely uninvestigated. In 1995, he was indicted for 19 murders and went on the run. The indictment also focused on Francis “Cadillac Frank” Salemme, the head of the Patriarca crime family. Salemee would later become AMW Capture (#373). Bulger and his girlfriend Catherine Craig travelled the world until they were arrested in California in 2011. Bulger was sentenced in 2013 to two consecutive life sentences.
Clubs: Michael Alfonso (Illinois): A convicted rapist and stalker who in 1993 and 2001, murdered two of his ex-girlfriends, one of them was pregnant. He also was John Walsh’s 8th Most Wanted Fugitive of 2001. In 2004, he was arrested in Veracruz, Mexico and became AMW Capture (#803). He then was sentenced to three life sentences.
Hearts: Glen Stewart Godwin (California): In 1980 he robbed and murdered a drug dealer. After the body was found inside a blown-up pickup truck, Godwin was sentenced to 26-years-to-life in 1983. Sent to Folsom State Prison, in 1987, he utilized the help of his wife Shelly and a former inmate to break out of that prison. The former inmate was quickly arrested and AMW tips led to the arrest of Shelly in 1990, making her AMW Capture (#95). Godwin was arrested in Mexico a few months after his escape. While the US was trying to extradite him, he murdered a member of a Mexican Drug Cartel, delaying the extradition process. He then escaped from the Mexican prison in 1991 and is still at large.
Diamonds: Hopeton Eric Brown (Minnesota): Jamaican drug kingpin who was wanted for murder and attempted murder out of Minnesota, and at least two murders in Jamaica. One of his victims was killed for simply leaning on Brown’s car. Brown became John Walsh’s 7th Most Wanted Fugitive of 2001. In 2004, Brown was killed in a shootout with police in Jamaica.
Kings
Spade: Donald Eugene Webb (Pennsylvania): In 1980, Webb was pulled over during a routine traffic stop outside a feed store by Police Chief Gregory Adams. Webb and Adams then got into a shootout, before Webb beat Adams to death. The last publicized sighting of Webb was in 1981. Webb may have also sustained injuries in the shootout. In 2007, Webb was taken off the FBI 10 Most Wanted List without ever being located, many in law enforcement likely believe Webb is dead by now.
Clubs: Dennis "Slick” Lilly (Missouri): Over an 11-year period, Lilly made four prison escapes in Missouri. This all started when he was sentenced to five years for burglary and theft. His escapes ranged from fleeing through the front doors of a courthouse, stealing a prison truck and stealing a guard’s uniform. Lilly was sentenced to the Missouri State Penitentiary after he shot and seriously wounded a police officer after his third escape. In 1986, Lilly made his fourth and final escape. Despite AMW tips in 2001 leading investigators to a small island off the coast of Puerto Vallerta, Mexico, but he and his wife were living in the small town of Gold Bar, Washington, until Dennis Lilly died in 2012.
Hearts: Robert William Fisher (Arizona): Control freak who was very possessive of his wife Mary. In 2001, Fisher shot Mary in the back of the head and slashed the throats of their 12-year old daughter and 10-year old son. Then he rigged the house and it exploded. Fisher was last seen withdrawing money from an ATM and his SUV and dog were found 100 miles away in the Tonto National Forest. Fisher remains on the run to this day and without any other confirmed sightings. He was also named John Walsh’s 9th Most Wanted Fugitive of 2001.
Diamonds: Gerald Lyle Hemp (Florida): Professional pilot and drug trafficking organization leader. He would smuggle drugs from Colombia to the United States. In 1981, his business partner, Charles Kageler was found dead off the Florida coast, the death was ruled a drowning but with possible foul play. Hemp was soon arrested for the drug charges and is also suspected in two other murders. In 1984, Hemp was given a pass to see a dentist but walked away from the office and vanished. Hemp was first aired on AMW in 1989 and was removed from the US Marshals 15 Most Wanted List in 2006. He is still at large.
