NEW MEADOWS, Idaho (CBS2) — The Adams County Sheriff says a wanted man is accused of the attempted murder of two deputies on Sunday.
Authorities say they're looking for William "Bill" Pearle James. He was last seen in the New Meadows area.
"Members of the public are cautioned not to confront this individual but to contact law enforcement immediately as he should be considered armed and dangerous," the Adams County sheriff said.
Details about the incident in question were not immediately available. Idaho State Police says it's assisting.

Thoughts? Local media had James as still at large at least as of March 31th, 2020. Local online coverage is also cautioning the public to not confront James if they spot him but rather immediately call 911 or the Idaho State Police.
