According to investigators, Amanda Hypes was last seen at around 7 p.m. on Tuesday, February 18, 2020, when a friend dropped her off at a gas station in the area of Michigan Ave. and Livernois on the city's west side. Hypes hasn't been seen or heard from since. Seen in two photos provided by Detroit police, Hypes is described as a white female, 5'4" tall and weighing around 120 lbs. Police said she is believed to be in good physical and mental condition. Anyone who has seen this missing woman or who knows of her whereabouts is urged to call the Detroit Police Department’s Fourth Precinct Investigative Unit at 313-596-5440.
