On December 17, 1999, victim and suspect were engaged in a verbal argument in the 9400 Block of Oso Avenue. The suspect left but returned 30 minutes later with a handgun and shot the victim.

Thoughts? As of this posting date (March 24th, 2020), Vazquez is still listed on the LAPD most wanted website, which granted is not the most updated website and has mainly cold case fugitives only, but since it still a functioning website enough for me to reasonably assume that he is probably still wanted as of this update. If that status has changed or changes in the future, anyone is more than welcome to let us know.
Also, I unfortunately couldn't find any additional information online about the victim in this alleged case.
