Enrique Leal Sotelo
On May 8, 2007, victims reported several sexual assaults by Suspect (Uncle). Suspect fled to Mexico and has called from Mexico on two occasions. Victims' family also verified that suspect is currently staying in Guadalajara Mexico.
He was last seen the first week on May 2007. He was last heard during a telephone conversation June 4, 2007.

Thoughts? As of this posting date (March 24th, 2020), Sotelo is still listed on the LAPD most wanted website, which granted is not the most updated website and has mainly cold case fugitives only, but since it still a functioning website enough for me to reasonably assume that he is probably still wanted as of this update. If that status has changed or changes in the future, anyone is more than welcome to let us know.
