Thoughts? As of this posting date (March 23rd, 2020), Ruvalcaba is still listed on the LAPD most wanted website, which granted is not the most updated website and has mainly cold case fugitives only, but since it still a functioning website enough for me to reasonably assume that he is probably still wanted as of this update. If that status has changed or changes in the future, anyone is more than welcome to let us know.
Also I put 1996 or 1997 as the warrant year since the LAPD website says Ruvalcaba was 46 when charged and he was born in 1950. So it obviously has to be 1996 or 1997.
Finally, I unfortunately was unable to find any additional information online about this case.
