Thoughts? As of this posting date (March 23rd, 2020), Rivera is still listed on the LAPD most wanted website, which granted is not the most updated website and has mainly cold case fugitives only, but since it still a functioning website enough for me to reasonably assume that he is probably still wanted as of this update. If that status has changed or changes in the future, anyone is more than welcome to let us know.
Also I unfortunately could not find any additional information about the victim in this alleged case.
